Biography
Dr. Subhajit Ray has completed his PhD degree at the age of 39 years from Jadavpur University, Kokata, India. He has more than twenty years of experiences including twenty one years of teaching and one year of industrial experiences. At present he is in the position of Associate Professor, Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Central Institute of Technology, KokrajharAssam, India.He has published more than 30 papers in reputed journals, and participated and presented in numerous national and international conferences. He has been serving as member of reviewer panel and an editorial board member in so many reputed national and international journals

His research interests are Agricultural Production,Food Engineering and Technology,and Industrial Experiences.
