Creating awareness about healthy diet, good living habits, hygiene, health education are fundamental to overcome Nutritional disorder. Nutrients are needed to maintain good health. The energy passive nutrients are proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Dietary fibers, vitamins, and minerals such as calcium, iron, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium are other essential compliments that are required to keep the immune balance and good health.
